Refund/Cancellation Policy
Thank you for signing up for one of our chess tournaments. We understand different situations arise during the week and you may be unable to attend one of our events. Our refund/cancellation policy is as follows:
Full refund minus a $10 service charge for all cancellations received by 9:00 AM the day before one of our tournaments
2. Full credit towards a future tournament if the request is received by 9:00 AM the day before one of our tournaments
If the request is received after the deadline, we cannot offer a credit or refund. We look forward to seeing you at our event.
