Private Instruction

Private lessons are undisputedly the most efficient way to improve your child’s chess skills and track his or her progress. With one-to-one instruction, our chess coaches quickly identify areas that need attention and customize a chess program of study, tailor-made for each student.

One of the best ways to improve is playing regularly in tournaments and analyze games with stronger players - this is an essential part of improving your chess skills. Our chess coaches are among the top players in the country, with a wealth of experience coaching and playing in tournaments.

We are offering two tiers of Chess lessons:

Master Chess Coaches : $150/hr
Taught by National and International Chess Masters, the top 99% of all chess players in the country. Several of our instructors are former National Chess Champions and bring their wealth of chess knowledge and experience to chess instruction.

Tournament Chess Coaches : $125/hr
These are passionate chess teachers who are extremely enthusiastic about chess and your child improving! Several of our expert instructors have represented the United States in international chess play and have coached scholastic chess at the highest levels, including winning sections in the city, state and national chess championships.
